I led the strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment for the launch of 1871’s Innovation Suites, ensuring seamless collaboration between marketing, product, experience, and sales teams. My leadership included:

  • Systems Playbook Development – Created a structured, repeatable framework for launching new programs with clear processes, ownership, and execution timelines.

  • Content & Engagement Strategy – Built a multi-channel content system to drive program awareness, partner engagement, and event RSVPs.
